ORCACHARTS · ANSWERING SERVICE COMPARISON

Compare AI receptionists and live answering services on the same workload.

Enter your call pattern and required capabilities. The tool normalizes providers that bill by minutes, calls, or unique customers and selects the best published plan for that workload.

Pricing checked August 11, 2026. ClubFleet / AEOS is a related product and receives no ranking or scoring preference. Competitor prices and existing call-operation capabilities come from cited public provider pages; ClubFleet’s $500/month core price and account-access capabilities are owner-supplied. Its AI-workforce claims are also backed by a read-only server72 installed-capability census reviewed August 11, 2026. New AI-workforce capabilities for other providers remain “Not verified” until researched. Included requirements receive full fit credit; add-ons receive 75% credit.

Estimated price vs requirement fit

Each point uses the same workload and requirement engine as the cards below. Select call operations, AI-workforce capabilities, compliance / security requirements, or any combination. METHODOLOGY

What the tool does: and does not do

Normalize billing

Minute providers use estimated handled minutes, call providers use inbound calls, and Goodcall uses unique callers.

Respect feature gating

When a provider explicitly gates scheduling, transfers, multilingual voice or another feature to a higher plan, the cheaper tier is not treated as equivalent.

Use published overages

Known overage rates are included. If no numeric rate is public, the tool does not invent one.

Weight add-ons separately

Included capabilities receive 100% fit credit. Published add-ons receive 75% fit credit. Variable add-on charges are not silently added when usage-dependent pricing cannot be calculated.

Separate receptionist and workforce scope

AI Workforce / Business Automation is scored as a separate requirement family. ClubFleet account access is owner-supplied and supported by the reviewed server72 capability census; other providers remain Not verified for these new fields until researched.

Separate compliance scope

Compliance / Security is scored as a separate requirement family. Only claims verified from current provider-controlled sources are marked as supported; unverified claims remain Not verified.

Separate dispatch scope

Dispatching / Field Operations is scored separately from basic call transfer. Auto-assignment, availability matching, field-worker acceptance, reassignment, ETA updates and customer notifications require direct evidence of the operational workflow.

Keep unknowns neutral

“Not verified” is not scored as a match and is not treated as proof the feature is absent.

No universal winner

The output changes with workload and requirements. A provider can be best for one business and poor for another.
